MOEX Trade SE is a universal terminal developed by the specialists of the Exchange for trading members’ trading on the ASTS Equity & Bond Market. Apart from the standard 100% support of functionality provided by the Trading System for the Exchange’s products, a distinctive feature of this terminal is an improved usability in terms of speed and accuracy of order entry, data visualisation and optimal screen space utilisation.

Key features of MOEX Trade SE interface

  • Bookmarks. The user can set up several virtual desktops and switch between them using bookmarks or shortcuts.
  • Table instances. The option to open several copies of a table with individual settings for filtering, sorting, etc. is available.
  • Templates. Several templates can be created for each table with various looks and contents.
  • Table sticking. When moving and scaling tables, they "stick" to each other, to the screen edge or to the invisible grid lines. This allows to avoid wasted space and table overlapping.
  • Table look. A table title can be placed on the left of the table or reduced to a thin strip. Column titles can also be reduced to a thin strip.
  • Sorting and filtering. Tables can be sorted simultaneously by several columns. Flexible one-click filtering by columns is also possible. For each table, several filtering schemes can be saved.
  • Search. When in the table, for quick search, just start typing the required word or definition on the keyboard.
  • Alerts. A new alert system clearly informs the user of messages, addressed orders, execution/cancellation instructions, reports on the presence of trades for execution or mark-to-market margins or on violation of market maker’s obligations.

Order entry interface

  • The background of the dialogue box for order entry indicates the order direction.
  • Display of the reference parameters of the tool (settlement code, lot size, currency, etc.).
  • One-click display of the best demand and offer prices and the last trade price.
  • Quick price entry with shortcuts.
  • Quick entry of the number of lots using the mouse.
  • The option to enter a desired trade amount and automatically calculate the number of lots based on the price is available.
  • Restriction of the list of available modes, tools, trade accounts, etc. using the data sets.

New table options

  • "Orders" table. The option to drop several orders simultaneously; the trader’s orders highlighting; the option to drop the trader’s orders only rather than all the orders of the firm.
  • "Quotations" table. Mutable quote depth (1–20); classical, simple and alternative quote display modes; quote, activated quote and own quote direction highlighting.
  • "All trades" table. Optimised algorithms of information processing allow filtering this table as well.
